2. User Eligibility & Verification

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate petition signatures is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to:
- Create petitions on matters of public interest, civic engagement, and social issues
- Sign petitions you support using your verified identity
- Share petitions through social media and other channels
- Track petition progress and signature milestones
- Engage in respectful discourse about petition topics
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Create petitions that promote, encourage, or facilitate illegal activities, violence, or harm to individuals or groups
- Use derogatory, discriminatory, hateful, or harassing language targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Submit spam, promotional content, commercial solicitations, or misleading information
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Attempt to manipulate petition signatures through bots, fake accounts, or other fraudulent means
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, security, or other users' access
- Harvest or collect user data without explicit permission
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures or verification processes
5. Content Moderation
AI Moderation: All petition content is automatically scanned by our AI moderation system before publication. Content flagged for potential violations will be reviewed by our moderation team.
Manual Review: We reserve the right to manually review any petition, signature, or user activity at our discretion. Petitions may be removed if they violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
No Guarantee of Publication: We do not guarantee that all submitted petitions will be published. We reserve the right to reject petitions that do not meet our standards or violate our policies.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create (petitions, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant OurVoiceChain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.
Platform Content: The Platform's design, code, features, and branding are owned by OurVoiceChain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines
- Provide false information during registration or verification
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Attempt to manipulate petition signatures or platform features
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and your petitions may be removed. You may appeal account suspensions by contacting our support team.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Petitions will achieve their signature goals or result in policy changes
- Government officials will respond to or act on petitions
- All content is accurate, complete, or reliable
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OURVOICECHAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
